i liked the staff. they were really friendly and did, i think that is important. lift access i found very helpful. the location also was great.

there were no cups in my room. the kettle was not working and i was disappointed. i could not get a hot drink when i wanted it.

the hotel has a lift. it makes getting to your room easy. no need to worry about steps. it go all the way to the top floors too.

the staff WAS very friendly. My room was clean and had supplies available. I appreciate the hard work they do there.

the hotel needed some improvements. The kettle broke and there were no cups in the room. I had to boil water on the floor.

the hotel HAS a lift , made moving luggage easier. i did not notice a bar or dining room open during MY stay.
